Perforated aluminium panel is a single layer solid aluminium panel, surface to be punched or laser cut to get holes to create a certain decorative pattern. And the panel can be in a form of flat panel, or farbicated into a cassette panels or even irregular shape panels. Eventually the panel will be coated with a required color as per the building curtain wall design. The way to make the surface coating can be either powder coating, or spray coating.
Generally we recomend you to use a 3mm thick panel for building curtain wall, as such a thickness can provide a good stiffness and flatness.

The perforation is available in round holes, square holes, tri-angle holes, hexagonal holes either square pitch or staggered pitch. And hole sizes can be designed as required. For regular repeated holes, we will use turret punching machine to do the perforation.
For irregular holes or customized layout patterns, we will use CNC cutter or laser cutter to do the perforation.
