Aluminium Facade Panels are used to cover the building exterior elevation, for a decorative purpose. And there are several types of aluminium cladding panels to be used for this purpose. Below are the most 3 types that are mostly used:
Laser Cut Aluminium Panel
It is a single layer solid alumininum panel. Tailer made panel shapes by laser cutting or turret punching. Panel surface is powder coated or liquid paint spraying.
Aluminium Honeycomb Panel
It is a 3 layer sandwich panel. Very light weight but super rigid material because of it's hexagonal beehive structure. Surface is roller coating with infinite colors.
Aluminium Composite Panel
It's a light weight sandwich panel. Low cost and easier to fabricate material. It's also available in infinite colors. Generally it's sold in flat sheets.

Fully noncombustible It is fully made of aluminium, it won't be ignited or burt to spread any fire accident. Building fire safty is also the top priority we must concern about. Other panels made of composite materials contain glue which leads to potential risks of fire spread. | Infinite designs As we use laser cutting machine to carve the panel. And we can program infinite cutting designs on our machine, so we can cut any patterns required by customers. Such aluminium cladding panels can provide an attractive facade to your building. |
Nice colors With our powder coating, we can achineve many colors as per RAL or Pantone color charts. We also provide color matching as per your sample provided. The surface of powder coated auminium panels is UV resistant, scratch resistant. | Environmentally friendly Facade aluminium panels can be fully recycled after its service life. And powder coating finish is a safe coating, it will not release hazardous gas during the coating process or after it's installed onto facade. |
 | 3mm aluminium panels are what we suggest to used for facade cladding. The panel strength is good while the unit weight still remains low. We maily use aluminium alloy 3003, the techinical data is as below: Tensile strength: 155Mpa Yield strength: 144Mpa Elongation: 10.5% Unit weight: 8.16kgs/m2 (*for laser cut aluminium panels the unti weight will be less, because part of the panel is cut off) Optional: the solid aluminium panels for facade cladding are available in 2mm or 2.5mm instead. It would be subject to panel size & windload to decide if a thinner panel can be used. |
Below are some typical drawings of fabrication & installation
 | Standard flat cassette panels, the 4 panel edges are folded. And each edge is added with brackets for installation. When joining two standard cassettes of aluminium facade panels, we can use silicone sealant to fill up the joints for close system; For open joint facade system, we can just leave the joints there. |
| For the external corner of building facade, we will put the joint aside the corner line. In this case, we can fix the 3mm solid aluminium panels more firmly and the joints will look more neat. |  |
 | For internal corner area, we recommend to pu the joinery along the inner corner line. |
| This is the roof top (building top) area, we will fold the aluminium cladding panels like shown in the picture on the right side. |  |
