Kingmets Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a composite material consisted of two aluminium sheets laminated to a plastic core. The aluminium sheet surface is pre-painted by roller coating technology with required colors or textures for decorative purpose. And the plastic core can be standard LDPE core (low density polyethyelene) or FR B1 (fire retardant B1 grade) or FR A2 (fire retardant A2) grade.
Aluminium composite panel (ACP) is mainly used for façade and wall cladding, sign board, furniture etc. It’s economic in cost but with very nice decorative effects, and it’s easy to fabricate and install. It has been well accepted in the market for over 50 years.

The 3-layer panel structure keeps the tensile strength of top aluminium sheet and bottom aluminium sheet balanced. The panel remains at a good flatness when comparing to the single layer solid aluminium panel. | The core layer of ACP is low density plastic, and greatly reduce the total panel unit weight. Example, a 4mm thick ACP with 0.5mm aluminium skin sheet is only around 6.3kgs/m2, but a 4mm thick solid aluminium panel is 10.8kgs/m2. | |
