Decorative Perforated Solid Aluminum Wall Panels Exterior

Solid aluminum wall panels are pre-fabricated and prepainted single layer aluminum in our factory. Such wall panels can be made with many customized shapes, and used for exterior wall decoration, interior wall decoration etc. Customers provide to us the facade layout, and shop drawing of each panel, then we will do perforation, laser cutting, curving, edge folding, customized cutting shapes to achieve the required decorative designs. 

The base metal is solid aluminum panel, just a single layer. It is not like ACM panels (aluminum composite panel) that is consisted of aluminum & plastic, which is a flammable material. The solid aluminum wall panels are fully noncombustible, it will not spread any fire in case there is a fire accident.

The alloy of decorative wall panels are AA3003, it contains magnesium & maganese. These two ingredients of metals bring to our aluminum wall panels anti-corrosive property, enhance the panel strength & flatness, it is very ideal to be used for exterior wall cladding. 

To achieve a nice facade design, architects generally will prefer to get perforated aluminum panels for the exterior wall. Because with the design of perforation, we can achieve infinte design possibilities. Such perforated panels will make your building exterior wall look stunning and outstanding from other buildings. Architects generally will design lighting (illumination) together with the perforation of decorative aluminum panels, to get an eye-catching night view.

The answer is infinite. We can make regular perforation of small round holes, triangle holes, square holes or hexagonal holes with our turret punching machine. And the layout of these holes can the filed regularly, or staggerred with a certain pitch, or customized layout. 

For big holes or irregular shape holes, we will use our CNC cutting platform or laser cutting platform to make these perforated aluminum panels. And because these are aluminum wall panels exterior use, we will do a PVDF powder coating or PVDF liquid paint on panel surface. The coating is weather proof, durable and will not wear off. Most importantly, we can do any color matching on this PVDF coating, either as per RAL colors or provided master color sample.

1. What is the process to order these aluminum wall panels?

   Answer: you will need to send us component drawing, and our engineer team will calcuate the perforation rate and fabrication cost, then we sumit quotation for your confirmation. We can provide a few samples which is prefabricated as you have selected for your approval, before you order. Then we will sign contract and arrange production as per your drawings.

2. How will us pack & ship these perforated aluminum panels?

   Answer: these panel surface (decorative side) will be covered with a PVC protection film. And then we will wrap each panel with another layer of bubble wrapping film. Eventually we will pack these solid aluminum panel for exterior wall into wooden crates. The crates are suitable for folk-lift operation, and easy to load in & unload from container.
