Kingmets Copper Honeycomb Panel is a sandwich material consisted of: two copper skin sheets laminated to an hexagonal aluminium honeycomb core by using two components PU glue. As a more economic option, we can make the bottom skin sheet by using aluminium sheet instead of copper sheet.
Copper panel has long history to be used for architectural application, like dooms, exterior walls, interior walls, ceiling etc. It’s a durable & luxury material. The surface of copper will be naturally oxidized and this brings the material a different aesthetic beauty from other construction material. While our innovation way of using aluminium honeycomb core as a substrate material to support the copper skin sheet brings the material a very outstanding strength & cost ratio.
We also make brass honeycomb panel besides copper. Brass is a copper & zinc alloy.
