Kingmets Stainless Steel Composite Panel is composed of 3 layers of materials: two stainless steel sheets laminated to a plastic core. Such a composite product structure keeps the properties of solid stainless steel but brings down the product cost, and more importantly, has added much panel strength & flatness. made with two stainless steel face sheets on front side & back side and bonded to an aluminium honeycomb core. This product structure keeps the original properties of what stainless steel panel have, but bringing down the unit weight & adding up a lot of panel strength. It perfectly solve the oil canning issue of solid stainless steel panel and brings a flat and smooth wall elevation.
Stainless steel composite panel has a superior modern metallic look. It is mainly used for facade cladding, interior wall cladding, fasica, escalator & elevator cladding. It is available in patterns like mirror, hairline (brushed), various types of embossment. And stainless steel grade is 304 grade or 316L.
